Muthoot FinCorp issues ₹700 crore NCD for investors – Muthoot FinCorp has launched a non-convertible debenture (NCD) issue worth ₹700 crore to raise funds. The base issue size is ₹500 crore, with an option to retain additional subscriptions. Retail investors can participate with a minimum investment of ₹10,000. The NCDs are rated CARE+ by CARE Ratings.
